Each modality is selected based on your intake, tissue response, and treatment goal — not a menu you order from. The techniques work together.
Targeted soft-tissue work following acute injury, post-surgical recovery, or motor vehicle accidents. Structured to reduce inflammation, restore range, and rebuild functional movement.
Clinical FocusDirect compression and release of hyperirritable nodules within taut bands of muscle. Addresses referral pain patterns, local tenderness, and the neurological loops that keep muscles locked.
NeuromuscularThe foundational technique. Effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, and friction applied systemically to improve circulation, reduce cortisol, and ease diffuse muscular tension.
Relaxation · RecoveryPre-event preparation, inter-competition maintenance, and post-event recovery protocols designed for athletes at every level. Work focuses on sport-specific loading patterns, repetitive use areas, and performance retention — without the guesswork of generic wellness massage.
Performance · RecoveryNegative-pressure silicone cupping applied along fascial lines to decompress tissue, increase local circulation, and create a gliding release that compression-based work cannot replicate.
Fascial · DecompressionSustained, low-load pressure applied to the fascial system to release restrictions, reduce pain, and restore three-dimensional movement. Complements all other modalities.
Fascial SystemGood massage is not about pressure or duration. It is about reading the tissue, understanding the history, and choosing the right intervention — then adjusting in real time as the body responds. This is what separates a clinical RMT from a spa treatment.
Nick is awesome, patient and intuitive to all my pain concerns. Always feel better leaving after a session!
10/10 would recommend. Helped with my shoulder issue and provided a great deep tissue massage.
The cupping therapy was recommended after I hit a plateau with my shoulder rehab. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the restriction I'd had for six months started to shift within two sessions. I leave every appointment actually knowing what was worked on and why.
I came in with chronic lower back pain I'd had for three years. Rather than just doing a relaxation massage, she identified a hip rotation issue that was causing the whole thing. The targeted work has actually changed how I move day to day.
Highly recommend. The space is calm, the work is evidence-informed, and the communication is excellent. You understand exactly what's being done and what to expect afterwards. It doesn't feel like a transaction — it feels like healthcare.
