Nicholas Coutts, RMT

Founder, NWC Registered Massage Therapy

I graduated from Fanshawe College's Massage Therapy program in 2024 and completed my NASM Personal Trainer Certification that same year. Following my education, I worked as a Personal Trainer with the City of Barrie for a year, gaining valuable experience helping clients improve their strength, mobility, and overall physical well-being.

In 2025, I successfully completed the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) Board Exams and continued developing my skills as a Registered Massage Therapist.

I created NWC Registered Massage Therapy with a simple goal: to provide personalized, convenient, and high-quality care tailored to each client's individual needs. Whether you're dealing with pain, recovering from physical activity, working to improve mobility, or simply looking to feel your best, my approach focuses on understanding your body and creating a treatment plan that works for you.

Through NWC's mobile massage therapy services, I bring professional care directly to you in the comfort of your home or workplace.

Targeted soft-tissue work following acute injury, post-surgical recovery, or motor vehicle accidents. Structured to reduce inflammation, restore range, and rebuild functional movement.

Direct compression and release of hyperirritable nodules within taut bands of muscle. Addresses referral pain patterns, local tenderness, and the neurological loops that keep muscles locked.

The foundational technique. Effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, and friction applied systemically to improve circulation, reduce cortisol, and ease diffuse muscular tension.

Negative-pressure silicone cupping applied along fascial lines to decompress tissue, increase local circulation, and create a gliding release that compression-based work cannot replicate.
